Police failed to supply witnesses’ statement to MUHURI chairman Khelef Khalifa, charged with obstructing the Likoni crossing channel when he peacefully protested the M-Pesa-only deal.
The case could not proceed on March 9.
The State prosecutor listed two police witnesses. The charge sheet only identifies them as Mwangi and Chula.
Resident Magistrate Christine Ogweno gave the police two days to comply. The mention is March 11.
